Who We Are
ToughGlaze LTD is a commercial glass processor founded in 1993 by co-founders Ashok Varsani and Bharat Varsani, running one of the largest tempered glass processing facilities in the UK. The range covers toughened, laminated, heat-strengthened, fire-rated, acoustic, security, and walk-on glass, with heat-seek testing and structural fixings, plus decorative options including switchable privacy glass, fabric and mesh laminates, coloured interlayers, LED glass, screen and digital printing, sandblasting, and cut-to-size mirrors.
Areas We Cover
Manufacturing at Unit 1 Badgers Rise, Ridgmont, Brogborough, Bedford MK43 0YL, with UK-wide delivery on its own fleet of over 30 vehicles, from HGVs down to vans. Supplied projects include Heathrow, John Lewis and Royal Arsenal.
Credentials & Accreditations
All products are Kitemark-approved and meet the relevant British and European standards, with certification to ISO 9001:2015 for quality management. The delivery fleet is FORS accredited at Silver, and the company was a winner at the G24 Awards in November 2024.
